Terms of Service
Please read!

Thanks for your interest in commissioning me! Please take a short while to read through these terms before placing an order. By commissioning me, you agree to the following:✦Turnaround Time
Commissions are typically completed within 2–8 weeks.
Depending on workload or unforeseen circumstances, completion may take longer.
If there are any significant delays, I'll keep you updated throughout the process.✦Payment
Full payment is required upfront to secure your commission slot.
Payments are accepted through PayPal or Ko-fi.
Work will begin once payment has been received.✦Commission Requirements
Please provide a clear description of what you'd like, along with visual references.
Reference images are required for all characters and designs.
I do not accept written character sheets on their own.
I do not design original characters from scratch.
All artwork will be drawn in my personal style unless otherwise stated.✦Revisions
To keep the process smooth for both of us, each commission includes:
2-3 revision during the sketch stage
No pose revision after the sketch is approved.
Please confirm everything before I proceed to line art.
Only color revisions are allowed after the sketch phase.
Additional revisions may incur an extra fee depending on the complexity of the changes.✦Additional Fees

Props
Any additional costs will always be discussed and approved before work begins.✦What I Will Not Draw/Don'ts
I currently do not accept the following:
Animals
Furries (anthro characters are okay)
Mecha
Extreme gore
NSFW fetish content
Art to feed to AI
Commercial art (read more below)
NFTs
I reserve the right to decline any commission request.✦ Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, all sales are final.
Refunds are not available once work has begun.
I will do my best to ensure the final artwork closely matches the approved concept and references provided.✦Usage Rights
Personal Use
Unless commercial rights are purchased, commissions are for personal use only.
You may:
Post the artwork on social media
Use it as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, etc.
Print it for personal use
You may not:
Sell, redistribute, or profit from the artwork
Use the artwork for merchandise or commercial projects
Mint the artwork as NFTs or use it for AI training purposes
Commercial Use
Commercial rights are available for purchase.
When commercial rights are purchased:
The artwork may be used for approved business, promotional, or monetized purposes.
I may still display the artwork in my portfolio and on social media unless we agree otherwise beforehand.
Privacy requests for commercial work can be discussed if needed.✦Credit
Commercial Commissions
Credit is appreciated, but not required.
Personal Commissions
Please credit me whenever the artwork is publicly posted or displayed.✦Commercial Rights Fee
Commercial rights can be added for 2× the base commission price. If you are unsure whether your intended use counts as commercial, feel free to ask before ordering.✦Final Notes
